As an industry-leading controls automation company, we drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.</p><p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and coordinate field service projects, including planning and scheduling activities to meet customer and project needs</li><li>Lead technical and project meetings, documenting outcomes clearly</li><li>Design, review, implement, and test control systems for power and water applications</li><li>Develop and maintain control system databases, logic, and operator interfaces</li><li>Support installation, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites</li><li>Provide technical guidance and engineering support to customers and internal teams</li><li>Conduct site walkdowns and develop cost estimates for retrofit engineering and installation projects</li><li>Develop technical specifications and coordinate with third-party vendors</li><li>Evaluate contractor bids for installation work</li><li>Build and sustain strong, trust-based customer relationships through clear and professional verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>For This Role, You Will Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related STEM degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>2+ years of related experience</li><li>Understanding basic networking and computer assembly/troubleshooting experience</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Be able to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
