    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p><strong>Calibration technicians are&nbsp;responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of instruments and equipment to ensure they are calibrated correctly and provide accurate measurements.</strong></p><p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Perform repair and calibration of automated precision inspection equipment and related metrology equipment at the customer&rsquo;s site.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Troubleshoot and correct any issues in the hardware and software function of the system.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Develop calibration procedures, inspection routines, and test installations to ensure systems are in proper working order.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Communicate changes in instructions or schematics to team members.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Recommend updates to procedures for accuracy and relevance.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met in a timely cost-effective manner.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Complete applicable documentation related to calibrations.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>CORE COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Moderate levels of product knowledge, preferably obtained through hands-on experience.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Ability to analyze and solve calibration problems</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>MS Office and business applications</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others;
