    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely</span></li>\n <li><span>Safely operate the machine to properly produce product and follow proper procedures for packaging to external customers</span></li>\n <li><span>Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for safety and quality throughout production</span></li>\n <li><span>Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices</span></li>\n <li><span>Follow proper sorting and restacking instructions given by the quality department</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in&nbsp;changeovers when called up by supervisor or front-end operators</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions</span></li>\n <li><span>Troubleshoot problems and report issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Must work well in a team environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Plant facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week consistently, excluding designated holidays or prearranged shut down.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Line production is constant flow approximately 35 to 39 drums an hour.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to be on feet consistently 8 hours up to a 12 hours per scheduled shift</span></li>\n <li><span>Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation between mold machine, tester machine, cutter machine and grinder machine.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Repetitive turning &amp; twisting during the leak testing steps of production.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up drum, flip drum to put it on the cutter machine, and drum lid assembly.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Usage of lid assembly closure bar and cutting knife to complete drum manufacturing process.</span></li>\n <li><span>Shifts can be scheduled 5 days consecutive Monday to Friday or alternating 2-week rotation any of the production working days.</span></li>\n <li><span>Use of hands and fingers to perform job function</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb, minimal, only as needed.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift as needed up to 35lbs during scheduled shift</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift consistently up to 20lbs for full shift to move drum through and complete manufacturing process.</span></li>\n <li><span>The work environment is inside, however not temperature controlled.&nbsp; Exposed to both heat and cold depending on the daily weather conditions outside, and plastic mold machine station working at.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>",
