This role assists with framing, assembling, and installing roof components according to specifications, while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Frame roofs on assembly tables from sheetrock through roof sheathing</p></li>\n <li><p>Build dormers and assemble prebuilt roof components</p></li>\n <li><p>Construct and attach completed roof systems to wall assemblies</p></li>\n <li><p>Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Install insulation systems and vapor barriers as required</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as fall protection</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments to support workforce flexibility and skill development</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned based on production needs</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read and understand blueprints and purchase orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and order accuracy</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to use basic math and measuring devices to calculate dimensions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 80 pounds consistently and safely</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts</p></li>\n <li><p>Moderate noise levels; hearing protection may be required</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and mechanical equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Required use of safety glasses and other PPE in designated areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials up to 80 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and physical stamina</p></li>\n <li><p>Climate-controlled indoor work environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Full-time position</p></li>\n <li><p>Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.</p></li>\n <li><p>Evening hours may be required based on production demands</p></li>\n <li><p>Travel is not expected for this role</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact</p></li>\n <li><p>Guided by strong <strong>NATIVE</strong> values and tribal-owned purpose</p></li>\n <li><p>Career stability and opportunities across diverse industries</p></li>\n <li><p>A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity</strong></h2>\n<p>Dynamic Homes, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
