This role will assist in directing the operations of the warehouse team to achieve prescribed objectives and assure the integrity of the inventory.</p> \n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li> \n <li>Train and develop Distribution Center team to properly handle and organize product in keeping with RH standards</li> \n <li>Coach associates to achieve productivity standards and policy adherence</li> \n <li>Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area ensuring the warehouse is consistently safe and free of debris</li> \n <li>Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws</li> \n <li>Assist Leadership in planning working schedules throughout departments</li> \n <li>Work in partnership with the Operations Director to establish department and individual goals</li> \n <li>Assume responsibility of departmental goals and participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis</li> \n</ul> \n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Strong understanding of inventory flow</li> \n <li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills</li> \n <li>Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others&nbsp;</li> \n <li>Strong systems knowledge and a commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail&nbsp;</li> \n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills preferred)</li> \n <li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule&nbsp;</li> \n</ul> \n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li> \n <li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li> \n</ul>",
