Do the right thing, even if you have to go against the grain.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Functions:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ol><li>Accountable for the complete project scope, team &amp; overall success of your project.</li><li>Work closely with your project team, managing process from initial start to completion of closeout.</li><li>Maintains positive long-term relationships with clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads pre-construction process from initial site surveys, vendor selection and prepares client proposals.&nbsp;</li><li>Be involved with estimating to generate bid packages.&nbsp;</li><li>Generates, manages and maintains master project schedule, timelines and milestones.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides weekly updates on all projects for clients and executive management.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in the project award process and preparation of subcontract agreements. &nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of subcontracts and change orders</li><li>Verifies projects weekly reports for progress, manpower accuracy and general project information.&nbsp;</li><li>Primary project leader for all safety and OSHA compliance.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong><u>Qualification &amp; Experience:</u></strong></p><ol><li>5 years with related project management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in construction management or related field a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills through all measures of projects.</li><li>Experience with scheduling, basic estimating or knowledge of typical market pricing, management of personnel, vendors and subcontractors. &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in retail, fast casual restaurants, quick service restaurants, big box, shopping centers are preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience and knowledge of New Construction and remodel/retrofits.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze potential risks relating to schedule, cost and reputation.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with budgeting, forecast budgeting, forecast projections, project cash flow projections.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft suite.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Procore is a preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Blue Beam is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Smartsheet&rsquo;s or equivalent program is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Building Connected is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem solving.&nbsp;</li><li>Have the willingness and know-how to make things happen.&nbsp;</li><li>Values diversity of ideas and others&rsquo; opinions.
