This position focuses on a wide variety of projects relating to landscaping, planting, cultivating, irrigation, pruning, mulching, and weeding and lawn maintenance, as well as snow removal.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Clears off walkways and main driveway prior to opening.</li>\r\n\t<li>Water flowers, trees, grasses, shrubs and lawns daily.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain overall appearance of plant material by feeding, deadheading and pruning frequently.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other grounds features.</li>\r\n\t<li>Cares for established lawns by mulching, weeding, trimming and edging around flower beds, walkways and walls.</li>\r\n\t<li>Mixes and spreads fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Operates gas-powered equipment that includes blowers, lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, weed-eaters and pressure washers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools.</li>\r\n\t<li>Organizes the grounds storage unit of tools, materials and equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings, training programs as required.</li>\r\n\t<li>All ranch staff is required to assist in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guest safety.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
