This role ensures the highest levels of technical performance, visual impact, and system reliability.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>The Specialist collaborates closely with production managers, technical directors, engineering, and other departments to integrate video systems seamlessly with lighting, audio, scenic, and structural elements. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset in fast-paced event environments.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<p><em>The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of the role. This list is not exhaustive. The individual in this position will perform additional tasks as assigned, adhere to all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and participate in company initiatives and projects.</em></p>\n\n<p><strong>System Design &amp; Pre-Production</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Interpret production designs and convert creative concepts into technical video and LED system layouts.</li>\n\t<li>Create detailed equipment lists, technical drawings, signal-flow diagrams, and deployment plans.</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and design/structural teams to ensure accurate and efficient pre-production planning.</li>\n\t<li>Coordinate with external vendors to source engineered solutions and specialized equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Technical Execution &amp; On-Site Support</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Deploy, configure, and operate LED systems, processors, switchers, cameras, projection, and supporting infrastructure.</li>\n\t<li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively in time-critical environments.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain operational reliability through standardized quality-control (QC) procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Process Development &amp; Innovation</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Develop and implement QC processes and workflow standards for video and LED systems.</li>\n\t<li>Support the creation and delivery of training programs for team members, including hands-on instruction when needed.</li>\n\t<li>Evaluate emerging technologies in LED, processing, cameras, control systems, and video infrastructure; provide recommendations to guide strategic equipment decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n\n<p>This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n\n<p>The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and have routine contact with individuals in the office. The person in this role may need to climb stairs, travel and have the ability to move about both indoor and outdoor venues. This person in this role must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Position Type / Expected Hours of Work</strong></p>\n\n<p>This is a full-time position. Standard work hours follow a typical workday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work required during high-volume periods.
