Job Title: Graphic Design Specialist Department Name: Art Department Effective Date: 2.19.2026 Reports to (title): Associate Director, Brand Design # of Direct Reports: 0 # Indirect Reports: 0 Individual Contributor: Yes Full Time/Part Time: Full Time # Hours Per Week: 40-55 Average Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 Location: El Paso, TX Job Summary: The Graphic Design Specialist executes and maintains Lucchese’s visual brand identity across all creative assets. Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand Design, this role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, on-brand design solutions. Scope of job: The Graphic Design Specialist plays a critical role in protecting, maintaining, and evolving the Lucchese brand across all touchpoints. This role ensures consistent and high-quality application of brand guidelines across print, digital, retail, wholesale, and marketing activation channels. The designer collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative that supports seasonal initiatives, product launches, and business objectives. The role manages multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through production, and executes and delivers printed and digital brand assets. Success is measured by brand consistency, creative quality, on-time delivery, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Duties/Responsibilities: Follow brand guidelines and protect the brand identity across all applications Own and ensure correct usage of brand logos, typography, and color standards throughout all design and development projects Manage and assist in the production of printed assets and all brand creative materials Collaborate with the creative team to develop communication and creative strategies while maintaining brand integrity Support the annual operating plan and business goals through active participation in the brand integration process Ensure seasonal themes, product launches, and key initiatives are executed effectively and, in a brand, accretive manner Deliver cohesive creative across omni-channel sales and the entire customer experience Help team members and management with projects and tasks assigned All other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity Advanced graphic design and layout skills Expertise in typography and color theory Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent collaboration and communication skills Print production knowledge and vendor coordination experience Brand and logo development Illustration and vector graphics Infographics, mockups, and icon design Print layout and production (brochures, flyers, ads, posters, window, graphics, and billboards) Typography, learning, tracking, and leading Photo editing including color correction, sizing, resolution, retouching, Color systems: RGB, CMYK, Pantone File formats: AI, PSD, INDD, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Education, Experience, and/or Certifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design or similar. Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, or similar Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to see color, hear, and listen, to effectively communicate. Travel required up to 20% of the time.
