This is entry level and does not require sales experience, just a great, outgoing attitude, with a drive to earn as much as possible!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Our Sales Lead Generators work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting & engaging with retail customers face-to-face, while generating interest in scheduling residential air conditioning and/or water treatment maintenance and replacement appointments for our sales department.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p><em><strong>Starting at a base pay of $18.00 with additional uncapped commissions. After commissions, that can put you at anywhere between $19.50-$30.00/hr plus. </strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong> </strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>We offering part-time positions, starting at 20 hours per week.</strong> <strong>One weekend day is required and we are looking for Sunday availability.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>This is not a remote or call center position.</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parker and Sons is the largest Home Service provider in the Phoenix Valley, and we are looking to bring on new team members to join our continually- growing Retail Team at 44 locations throughout the valley!
