You'll play a pivotal role in shaping connected digital ecosystems that seamlessly integrate applications, services, and data layers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Lifecycle Development:<br>Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.</li>\n<li>High-Quality Standards:<br>Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software systems and applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and future requirements.</li>\n<li>Collaborative Problem-Solving:<br>Translate requirements from business or technical analysts and actively participate in design and problem-solving with the delivery team.</li>\n<li>Performance &amp; Reliability:<br>Build solutions that offer optimum performance, reliability, and scale.</li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<br>Work closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver top-notch solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:<br>Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational and a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience.</li>\n<li>Experience:<br>4+ years of proven experience in back-end software development, project delivery, and implementation with Java.</li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency:<br>Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Spring Boot APIs), Domain-Driven Architecture, and Microservices.</li>\n<li>Tools &amp; Methodologies:<br>Comfortable with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development.
