          "text": "<p>Job Description</p><p><strong>This position will be on-site at our Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO.</strong>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Have you considered sharing your passion for fitness with others?</strong>&#xa0;Have you thought about inspiring and motivating people to reach their health goals? All of this and more can be found within&#xa0;<strong>Ent’s Wellness Program</strong>.</p><p>This position will play an integral role in leading safe, engaging, and effective group exercise classes for team members, promoting health and wellness, and contributing to a positive and motivating fitness environment.</p><p><strong>Group Exercise Instruction&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a group exercise classes (e.g., strength training, yoga, cycling, functional fitness, etc.) with professionalism and enthusiasm.</li><li>Demonstrate proper technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness for participants of all fitness levels.</li><li>Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate varying abilities.</li><li>Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive class environment.</li><li>Maintain music playlists, class equipment, and teaching materials.</li><li>Track class attendance and provide participant feedback when appropriate</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p><strong>Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.</li><li>Current national Group Exercise Instructor certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).</li><li>CPR/AED certification required.</li><li>Prior experience leading group exercise classes (preferred).</li></ul><p><strong>Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of exercise science, proper form, and injury prevention.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and motivational skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt workouts for multiple fitness levels.</li><li>Comfortable with music equipment, class technology, and fitness tools.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Required:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Nationally recognized Group Exercise Instructor certification.</li><li>Current CPR/AED certification.</li><li>Must possess current professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1 million coverage</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
