    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">EMH&amp;T is currently seeking a Civil Engineering CAD Technician to join our Industrial and Logistics team located in Columbus, OH.&nbsp;</p><p>Our CAD Technician works collaboratively with the engineering team to draft technical engineering design components, assist with preliminary and completed layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings from technical notes, sketches, and/or other drawings.&nbsp;</p><p>The Industrial &amp; Logistics team supports rail clients, trucking facilities, warehouses, intermodal facilities, data centers, car dealerships, medical campuses, senior living facilities, and more.</p><p><u>Responsibilities</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Carries out a variety of drafting assignments using independent judgment and initiative. &nbsp;</li><li>Prepares layouts, drawings and designs according to engineering specifications using CAD software.&nbsp;</li><li>Retrieves information from files, edits, produces hardcopies and updates drawings/designs. &nbsp;</li><li>Reviews engineering drawings and documentation, resolves undefined details. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Skills:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A self-starter that demonstrates dependability and consistent work efforts.</li><li>Ability to work independently and enjoy working in a team environment.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Some technical education, specialized training or work experience with one or more CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Microstation, ARC/INFO.</li><li>Knowledge of basic math (geometry) involved in the production and use of drawings or models.</li><li>Experience with drafting preferred.</li></ul><p><u>Benefits</u></p><p>EMH&amp;T offers a generous benefit package to all full-time employees that includes medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, medical &amp; dependent care FSAs, paid vacation, sick and personal leaves, paid community service time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) with match, company paid life insurance, a wellness reimbursement, an employee recognition program, an employee assistance program that includes legal and identify theft services.
