Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to ensure project compliance with contract drawings and specifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities related to wet utilities, drainage, and earthworks</li>\n <li>Lead the onsite morning foreman coordination meetings to ensure alignment and coordination across all trades</li>\n <li>Lead daily safety briefings and ensure all Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) are completed</li>\n <li>Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring performance, productivity, and adherence to scope and schedule</li>\n <li>Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and proactively identify, flag, and resolve issues</li>\n <li>Develop, manage, and update three-week lookahead schedules aligned with the overall project schedule and actively manage constraints to maintain workflow and productivity</li>\n <li>Ensure daily tracking and reporting of installed quantities, productivity, labour, and equipment, and validate subcontractor-reported quantities</li>\n <li>Provide accurate field data (quantities, productivity, and resource usage) to support cost control, forecasting, and progress measurement</li>\n <li>Coordinate site access, logistics, and sequencing of work to avoid conflicts and delays</li>\n <li>Anticipate and mitigate coordination challenges before they impact construction progress</li>\n <li>Work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, designers, and surveyors to resolve field issues</li>\n <li>Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with JV and parent companies standards</li>\n <li>Prepare, review, and enforce Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), including subcontractor submissions</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development and implementation of Work Plans and Method Statements</li>\n <li>Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans and methodologies</li>\n <li>Ensure clear understanding of Quality ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) and be responsible for implementation onsite</li>\n <li>Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and construction work packages to ensure compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain full-time on-site presence to ensure safe, coordinated execution of all work</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships</li>\n <li>Identify, document, and communicate field changes, delays, and impacts, maintaining detailed records (daily reports, photos, site conditions) to support change management and claims.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>15+ years of proven experience in heavy civil or infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role on infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Strong experience in wet utilities (storm, sanitary, watermain), drainage (culverts), and earthworks (cut and fill)</li>\n <li>Experience with both open cut and trenchless utility installation methods</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of construction scheduling and lookahead planning</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge of safety programs, hazard assessments, and safe work practices</li>\n <li>Experience working in active rail corridors (CPKC corridor experience is preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience with Metrolinx Work Plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address site challenges</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills with a firm, results-driven approach</li>\n <li>Ability to work full-time on site in a fast-paced construction environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>CAD $150,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>CAD $180,000.00/Yr.",
