Hours are Monday-Friday 2:30pm-5:45pm. For the 26-27 school year.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Specific Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Educational Program &amp; Student Services:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Lead engaging hands-on lessons in collaboration with other Extended Day Teachers and the Administrative Coordinator</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Prepare an environment in which furnishings, materials, and activities are developmentally appropriate and correspond to the needs of the children </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Ensure the safety and well-being of each student by creating a safe and engaging classroom</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Set clear expectations for responsibilities and routines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Recognize when students are not participating as expected and communicate this to the Assistant Head of School for collaboration and follow-up</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Answer door and instruct parents where their child is during pick up</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Answer after school phone if parent phone calls come in regarding late pick up, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Double check building to ensure building is locked and secured for the evening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Train and supervise children regarding emergency practices such as fire drills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Constituent Relations:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Build productive relationships with parents through positive communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Build collaborative relationships with other faculty and administrative staff</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Administration:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Monitor student attendance by collecting attendance rosters and communicating attendance issues with the Director of Auxiliary Programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Learn FACTS SIS and other software the school uses to hold student information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Work collaboratively with administration to address concerns regarding  students, parents and staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Report all accidents/ incidents to administration and complete accident forms as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Attend all mandatory events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
