We also value our fair and equitable culture.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The group is now seeking Trauma night shift physicians to assist with increasing trauma demand in the Las Vegas region. Primary coverage will be at Siena Hospital which is starting up a level 2 program in spring 2025. Some highlights of the position include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2><p>Job Highlights</p></h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Option to be W2 or 1099:\n  <ul>\n   <li>W2 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)</li>\n   <li>1099 rate: $3000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)</li>\n   <li>Holiday rate: $4000/shift (Weeknights 5:30p - 6:30a & weekends 6:30p - 6:30a)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling options: 7 on 14 off, 14 on 14 off, 7 on 7 off – or connect with us for a different arrangement.\n  <ul>\n   <li>Requirements include 7 night shifts per month and 1 holiday</li>\n   <li>Ability to pick up additional day or night shifts on request</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>W2 Full time salaried options – Partner Track or Associate options available\n  <ul>\n   <li>$400,000 – 7 on/14 off schedule</li>\n   <li>$600,000 – 7 on/7 off schedule or 14 on/14 off schedule</li>\n   <li>1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage requirement for full time physicians</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Full time W2 roles will quality for sign on bonuses, student loan repayment, and relocation (if applicable)</li>\n <li>Other benefits for W2 employees include:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Occurrence based malpractice policy</li>\n   <li>Comprehensive health benefit package (medical, vision dental)</li>\n   <li>$401k with employee match + quarterly profit-sharing</li>\n   <li>Unlimited CME reimbursement</li>\n   <li>Wellness and experience reimbursement</li>\n   <li>Ability to pick up additional day or night shifts on request</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Note: 1099 employees are not eligible for benefits through USAP and are required to provide proof of their own malpractice policy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While Las Vegas offers the glitz and glamour of The Strip and Fremont Street, it is so much more than casinos, world-class dining, and flashing lights.
