In this role, our successful leader will manage custodial operations across multiple schools. You’ll shape service delivery, mentor future leaders, and ensure that sanitation standards support safe, healthy learning environments for thousands of students. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Relocation and Annual Incentive Plan Bonus Eligible\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead custodial operations across our K‑12 district accounts, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and service excellence.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships with district leaders, school boards, and community stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop managerial staff, creating a strong succession pipeline for the region.</li>\n <li>Present operational updates, sanitation plans, and performance metrics to school boards and parent groups.</li>\n <li>Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational planning for accounts ranging from $1.5M to $4M in annual volume.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
