The Program Coordinator will focus on quality and delivery of services as well as coaching and development of Team Leaders.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Directly coach and develop Team Leaders</li><li>Supervise and manage the flow of the day for after-school, evening, and weekend activities</li><li>Ensure the health, safety and well-being of program participants by providing supervision of activities</li><li>Assist in identifying and implementing engaging enrichment programs&nbsp;</li><li>Lead engaging, age-appropriate instruction in one designated content area that produces final project and/or culminating event</li><li>Complete accurate program documentation as needed (DYCD Connect, attendance, sign in/out forms, behavior reports, incident reports)</li><li>Work with the Director and Operations Coordinator to secure and maintain all equipment and supplies needed</li><li>Understand and communicate the Graham Pillars and the goals of the Beacon Program to participants and caregivers</li><li>Build trusting relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalency with a minimum of five years of instructional experience with youth or adults in a structured environment.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred, with a minimum of two years of instructional experience with youth or adults in a structured environment</li><li>Experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds, specifically low-income communities. &nbsp;</li><li>Track record of good customer service</li><li>Demonstrates ability to design lesson plans and/or teach from a qualified curriculum with evidenced outcomes. &nbsp;</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li><strong>Graham Norms (Pillars)</strong></li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li><strong>Treat all with respect</strong>&nbsp;</li></ol><p>We respect the inherent dignity and worth of all with whom we work.
