We believe that AI, particularly Generative AI, will empower and transform how Enterprise sales and marketing organizations operate and interact with customers. Seismic Aura, our leading AI engine, is powering this change in the sales enablement space and is being infused across the Seismic enablement cloud. Our focus is to leverage AI across the Seismic platform to make our customers more productive and efficient in their day-to-day tasks, and to drive more successful sales outcomes. </p>\n<h2>Who you are:</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience contributing to backend systems, microservices, or data-driven applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with C# and .NET, including object-oriented programming, unit testing, and web services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-stack experience and experience with React web applications is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including writing queries and understanding basic performance considerations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to Redis or other caching technologies is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and microservice-based architectures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of automated testing practices (e.g., xUnit, Postman). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to event-driven architectures with tools such as Kafka is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern development pipelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with DDD concepts or feature toggles (e.g., LaunchDarkly) is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to monitoring or operational tools such as New Relic, Snowflake, Ansible, or Nginx is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with Python. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cloud Expertise: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic familiarity with cloud-native services for data storage, compute, and monitoring. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience deploying or supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Good to have: Search/retrieval/AI: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interest or exposure to search or information retrieval systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>RAG/generative AI, conversational AI, agents, LLMs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Apache Solr, or similar is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic understanding of text processing, semantic search, or AI-driven features is beneficial. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SaaS Knowledge:</strong> Experience working on SaaS applications or cloud-hosted services. Understanding of standard concepts related to modern distributed systems and cloud operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Product Development:</strong> Experience collaborating with product management and design to implement well-defined requirements. Ability to translate clear business and technical requirements into working software. Contribute to feature development within a defined scope. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to collaborate with the China team and participate in cross-timezone work as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Scrum and JIRA experience a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </p>\n<p><strong>Fast-paced Environment:</strong> Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company. </p>\n<h2>What you'll be doing:</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Software Engineer I </strong>for our <strong>Agentic AI Interfaces </strong>team, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend systems that power our web application, including search, content discovery, and AI capabilities.
