Unleashing Your Potential.</li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account.</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program.</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Primary Responsibilities</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and prioritize high-impact improvement opportunities using AI-driven analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition) combined with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.</li>\n <li>Validate and refine data-driven insights through Gemba walks and direct observation to ensure operational relevance.</li>\n <li>Own the design and delivery of decision-oriented dashboards and automated insights that translate data into actionable signals for faster decision-making.</li>\n <li>Lead hypothesis-driven improvement initiatives, integrating root cause analysis with AI-supported insights to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost, and service levels.</li>\n <li>Automate repetitive workflows and reporting using AI and low-code/no-code platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.</li>\n <li>Identify and escalate implementation barriers—including process gaps, behavioral resistance, and structural constraints—that are not visible through data alone.</li>\n <li>Monitor and continuously improve process performance using real-time KPI tracking and feedback loops.</li>\n <li>Enable digital transformation by embedding AI capabilities into continuous improvement processes and daily management systems.</li>\n <li>Train and coach teams on CI methodologies and the effective, responsible use of AI tools.</li>\n <li>Leverage AI copilots to accelerate analysis, documentation, and experiment design, applying critical judgment to validate outputs.</li>\n <li>Develop and deploy predictive analytics to proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and inefficiencies.</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, scale, and sustain data-driven improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Required Experience</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, GPT) to accelerate analysis, pattern recognition, and decision-making.</li>\n <li>Ability to design and execute experiments, including defining success criteria, control conditions, and validation approaches.</li>\n <li>Experience working with large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, anomalies, and performance gaps across systems.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates an agile mindset by adapting quickly, applying iterative problem-solving, and driving data-driven continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply them in combination with data-driven and AI-assisted insights.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and performance gains.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in data interpretation and visualization, with experience in tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.</li>\n <li>Strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize problems based on operational and financial impact.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.</li>\n <li>Ability to integrate data, process knowledge, and technology to drive measurable improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u></u></strong><u></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
