    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team in Sylva, NC</strong></p>\n<p><strong>A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.</strong></p>\n<h2>What We Offer You:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A competitive benefits plan, including Medical, Dental and Vision</li>\n <li>9 paid holidays per year</li>\n <li>PTO and Personal Day accrual, starting day 1 - (We value a work-life balance!)</li>\n <li>Flexible schedules available</li>\n <li><p>Clinical supervision provided for associate level clinicians (as applicable for LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCASA)</p></li>\n <li><p>Continuing education reimbursement ($500 per year)</p></li>\n <li><p>In-house trainings provided, CE hours towards licensure requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Eligibility for student loan repayment for federal and/or state programs</p></li>\n <li>Company sponsored life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage</li>\n <li>403(b) retirement account with company matching</li>\n <li>Supplemental accident insurance available</li>\n <li>Needs Accommodations Programs</li>\n <li>Mental Health Resources</li>\n <li>Telework Opportunities Considered</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p>A clinician in the Recovery Education Center provides assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance abuse issues and assists in coordinating care for individuals across programs.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)</li>\n <li>2 years clinical work experience preferred</li>\n <li>LCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans</li>\n <li>Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred</li>\n <li>Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work</li>\n <li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li>\n <li>Bilingual a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
