    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Primary Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ensure on-time delivery of all orders at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead and support the Inventory/Warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production, shipping schedules, and working capital goals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and HSE teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all NOV policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Job Duties</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Supervise daily warehouse and inventory operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and material flow.</span></li>\n <li><span>Oversee material receiving, inspection, discrepancy resolution, and timely receipt into the Omega ERP system.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate material planning with manufacturing and purchasing to proactively meet production demands.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage consumable inventory and create procurement requisitions as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Implement inventory controls for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, including sub-inventory structures and locators.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conduct and oversee cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage Bill &amp; Hold inventory processes within the Omega system, when applicable.</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify and address obsolete, excess, and surplus inventory in accordance with company policy.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate shipments and pickups with customers and carriers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage capacity for efficiency and growth.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and improve inventory turnover and accuracy.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support sustainability initiatives related to waste reduction and inventory practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in production and resource planning discussions to support operational efficiency.</span></li>\n <li><span>Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate employees; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Approve employee timecards through the NOV timekeeping system.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain budget oversight for inventory and warehouse operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure warehouse and inventory processes comply with the Quality Management System (QMS).</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in emergency response activities and support incident reporting and resolution.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Diploma or GED required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience working with ERP systems; Omega ERP preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); MS Project and Adobe preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work flexible schedules as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Familiarity with inventory KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></span><br><span>At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
