    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Summary of responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">The Maintenance Technician (M2) provides hands-on support in maintaining educational, administrative, and housing buildings, with responsibility for intermediate-level maintenance and event logistics. This role contributes to a safe, clean, and efficient campus environment by executing preventive maintenance, assisting with minor system repairs, and leading basic troubleshooting efforts.
