    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Legacy Medical Group Neurology is looking for a <strong>Supplemental Neurohospitalist</strong> to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Legacy Medical Group Neurology has neurohospitalists at all five Legacy Health stroke centers and has five outpatient practice locations with sub-specialty programs in movement disorders, epilepsy, vascular neurology, headache, and neuromuscular disease.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The neurohospitalist would be based primarily at Good Samaritan Hospital, located in Portland, Or. This position provides consult service for all neurology patients and night call via telemedicine. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Legacy will consider other sub-specialties for exceptional candidates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Legacy Health: </strong></p>\n<p>Legacy Health System is a thriving, team-oriented local non-profit with five certified stroke centers in and around Portland, OR with the largest market share for neurology in the metropolitan area. One comprehensive stroke center, one thrombectomy-capable stroke center, and three primary stroke centers - all Get With The Guidelines award winners. Our hospitals also include an extensive neurosurgery program, a neurocritical care unit, a cardiothoracic surgery program, level I trauma center, and a residency program in internal medicine.
