Apply now and become a key contributor to our mission of supporting individuals on their path to wellness!</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CLINICAL CARE:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.</li>\n   <li>Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>TREATMENT PLANNING AND PROGRESS MONITORING:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assist with treatment planning.</li>\n   <li>Review progress towards treatment plan goals.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.</li>\n   <li>Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.</li>\n   <li>Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Highly empathetic and compassionate to effectively support the recovery journey of BrightView’s patients.</li>\n <li>Team-player, able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment</li>\n <li>Adaptable and agile within a dynamic work environment</li>\n <li>Technologically capable, comfortable operating in multiple systems for communication and documentation purposes.
