This is a hands on technical sales role, working directly with customers to evaluate health of water systems. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Territory/Location Information:  This position is based out of a home office and will cover Dallas/Fort Worth (North Texas).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Remote role </p>\n<p>Travel: 80-100%  within territory</p>\n<p>Comp:  $80K-$90K plus uncapped commission plan</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Increase annual invoiced gross profit dollar by following KSP (Kurita Selling Process)\n  <ul>\n   <li>Find qualified partners</li>\n   <li>Build Trust through Engagement</li>\n   <li>Be a creative problem Solver</li>\n   <li>Propose customized Solutions</li>\n   <li>Close the business and become a long term partner with customer</li>\n   <li>Create unique shared value for customer by advising and achieving environmental, financial, asset health and sustainability goals</li>\n   <li>Support current customers with regular water testing, equipment maintenance and individualized system analysis, communicating those results in a professional, clear and concise method.</li>\n   <li>Work with Kurita internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Prefer water treatment or industrial plant experience</li>\n <li>Prefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems</li>\n <li>Professional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles</li>\n <li>Self driven, with the ability to perform at a high level in an autonomous work environment</li>\n <li>Prior experience that required excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Prior experience that required excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record</li>\n <li>No immigration sponsorship offered for this role</li>\n <li>The qualified candidate will be subjected to pre-employment background check and drug screen<strong>EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled</strong></li>\n</ul>",
