Regardless of where you are at in your career, our goal is to work with you to refine your skills, add to your technical tool belt, and aid you in your growth as a professional.  We offer<strong> </strong>growth opportunities such as leadership training, industry conferences, and mentorship from experienced, passionate individuals.  </p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>Candidates must be able to hold and maintain a security clearance, therefore U.S. citizenship is required. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Communications systems, associated algorithms, and their design, including an understanding ofRF filters, signal modulation/demodulation, channel equalization/channel estimation, channelcoding (FEC), RF signal acquisition and recovery, RF frequency control (AFC), and RF gain control(AGC)</li>\n <li>Mixed signal requirements including quantization and algorithm fixed point implementations.</li>\n <li>MATLAB, Python, or X-MIDAS tools used for algorithm design / validation and test vector generation</li>\n <li>Vivado design and simulation tools for FPGA architecture design and HDL implementation of signal processing algorithms</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 years+ experience designing FPGA solutions</li>\n <li>BS Electrical Engineering or similar field, Master’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Embedded software development and interfacing with FPGAs in tightly coupled processorconfigurations (such as Zynq MPSoCs / RFSoCs)</li>\n <li> Hardware peripheral programming and control for both digital and analog devices</li>\n <li>FPGA build scripts using TCL/Make within virtualized environments such as Docker</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) match of 6% with immediate vesting</li>\n <li>Highly subsidized Health, Dental, and Vision insurance</li>\n <li>Legal resource plan</li>\n <li>Flexible Time Off (FTO)</li>\n <li>11 Federal holidays</li>\n <li>Life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage paid by the company</li>\n <li>Free coffee, sodas, and snacks</li>\n <li>Team activities and gaming</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, national origin, color, age, military service eligibility or veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or any other protected class.
