We believe in making every appointment stress-free, educational, and fun. As part of our team, you’ll be helping create bright smiles — and happy families.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Office Hours:</strong></p><ul><li>Monday: 7am – 5pm</li><li>Tuesday: 7am – 5pm</li><li>Wednesday: 7am – 1:30pm</li><li>Thursday: 7am – 5pm</li><li>Friday: 7am – 12pm</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patients for dental treatment.</li><li>Triage and transfer phone calls as necessary.</li><li>Make outgoing phone calls to confirm patient appointments.</li><li>Update necessary documentation in patients’ charts.</li><li>Monitor the shared office email and respond to inquiries.</li><li>Communicate with external dental offices and handle patient referrals to our practice.</li><li>Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and other necessary tasks related to scheduling.</li><li>Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined</li></ul>",
