This position is a non-contract position, meaning you are paid 40 hours a week and are benefit eligible.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>The Position:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Behavior Consultant:</p><ul><li>Helps clients improve quality of life, increase independence, and have meaningful participation in the community.</li><li>Provides specified behavior management techniques to eliminate or manage behavioral concerns.</li><li>Develops and modifies person-centered behavior support plans based on observations and feedback from Individual Support Team (IST) and support staff.</li><li>Trains and supports IST and support staff in implementing behavior support plans and addressing behavior concerns.</li><li>Completes quarterly review of plans, determines success, and modifies plan as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Completed Master&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Special Education OR&nbsp;</li><li>Be a licensed marriage/family therapist, clinical social worker, or mental health counselor</li><li>Completed and maintained state certification</li><li>Flexible working hours based on client needs</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits: (this is a non-contract position, therefore benefit eligible)</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; Up to $50 monthly in student loan assistance</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Up to $2500 in tuition assistance</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Retirement Program with company match</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Holiday, vacation, and sick time&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Medical, dental and vision insurance</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gym membership reimbursement</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Agency Funded life insurance and long term disability</p><p><br></p><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.15.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><br></div><p>ADEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
