font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Scheduling with the concerned Nominated Persons or Managers the dates of the audits / inspections (based on the audits/inspections plan).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performing the audits / inspections assigned by Compliance Monitoring Managers (within Jetfly or within external organizations, its preparation, its realization, the closing meeting and the report).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparing, completing and updating the audit questionnaire with criteria and questions related to verification of the applicable regulations and the Jetfly documentation </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing the audit report to Compliance Monitoring Managers within 2 weeks after the completion of audit / inspection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing the audit and finding follow-up process through Centrik: Audit Report; Review of CAP, Root Cause, Preventive and Corrective Actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyzing the evidences provided by the respective finding owner and reports the results to Compliance Managers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring System.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitors the continued compliance, and remains knowledgeable on with the requirements of EASA and UK CAA Regulations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Profile:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of a 2 years relevant work experience in the field of AOC and/or CAMO activities or in a compliance department with experience as auditor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Business aviation would be a must, but regular commercial aviation is acceptable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to communicate effectively and adhere to ethical standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical skills and ability to distinguish facts from opinions.</span></li>\n<li>Active listener, open-minded, and able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Rigor, organization, and ability to assist departments in continuous improvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Critical thinking and proactive approach in identifying and solving problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
