What You'll Do Expert Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our software solutions and services to create mutual value. Within the first year, expectation for this role is to develop and execute account plans that result in % year-over-year revenue growth from his/her portfolio. You will act as the primary commercial contact for assigned key accounts, coordinating Solution Architects, Product Delivery, Support and Operations teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Key Accounts, KSA and coordinates closely with Sales, Delivery and Product teams. Key Responsibilities   Achieving Strategic Account Growth within 12 Months: Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of 3-5 governmental/enterprise clients,  leading to a pipeline of new opportunities valued at over  SAR 30 million  and achieving a 30 % increase  in annual recurring revenue (ARR) from upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Establish C-Level Relationships within 6 Months:   Build trusted-advisor relationships with key executive stakeholders (CTO, CRO, CDO and CFO) within  each account. You will achieve this by conducting regular account reviews that demonstrate measurable value and  align Oivan’s digital transformation solutions with their core business objectives. Lead and Win Complex Sales Cycles: Take full ownership of the commercial process for new opportunities within your accounts. You will lead the creation of compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with our Delivery  and Technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are successfully implemented, on time and on  budget. Personally design and validate solutions to win deals by hands-on preparation of high-level architectures  (HLD), MVP definitions, and PoCs, including effort estimation and implementation planning, ensuring  proposals are technically sound, executable, and commercially competitive. Become the Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary advocate for your clients within Oivan. Proactively monitor account health, manage escalations, and provide structured feedback to our Product  and Management teams on market trends and client needs directly influence our service roadmap.   Ensure Flawless Commercial Management:   Drive the contract renewal process for all accounts in your portfolio, aiming for a 100% renewal rate.  Maintain meticulous and accurate forecasting data within our CRM system to provide clear visibility of  the sales pipeline to leadership. What You Have Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in a software / IT / digital services company. Previous experience in software architecture and system development Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts. Experience selling software solutions, digital services, or managed services (e.g., web/mobile  development, cloud, cybersecurity, or similar). Strong commercial skills: pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and contract management. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English / Arabic. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate with technical teams (Architects, Delivery, Product, and Support) and translate  business needs into solution opportunities. Considered an Advantage Experience with long sales cycles and complex B2B solutions. Previous work with sectors such as: and real state platforms and digital services Government entities in KSA Familiarity with emerging technologies and infrastructure such as Kubernetes, and cloud-based  business models and SLAs.
