Our convenient locations provide beautiful state of the art facilities that reflect the rich and scenic splendor the valley.</p>\n<p><strong>Apply today by sending your resume to Stacee Reed, Director of Provider Recruitment at [email protected]</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Practice to the full extent of your license and offer a wide variety of services including:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Completing eye exams for glasses and contacts</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Diagnosing and treating eye diseases and abnormalities</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Conducting and evaluating diagnostic testing</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Removing foreign bodies from the eye</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Writing prescriptions</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Counseling patients and other health professionals on eye health issues</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Communicating with doctors, staff, and patients</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Current CA Optometric License</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Current DEA Certification</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary wage range that UHC reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire starts at $145,000.00 a year plus bonus.  Our competitive salaries are dependent on knowledge, skills and experience.
