Description Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers. You will also be responsible for appropriately communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team, in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is an on-site position based out of our Walsworth - Ripon office. The schedule for this role is Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm. Essential Functions: Responsible for training and mentoring Customer Service Representatives. Handle the most difficult accounts with confidence. Help set up procedures and processes that directly affect the department. Receive the order, reviews the specifications and make the necessary arrangements for the job to be entered into the production system. Work closely with the necessary departments to ensure timely deliveries. Work with customers on cover impositions, dummy books, press test and answer any preliminary questions. Get the customer in contact with computer support to test files and get any information needed to set-up files according to our specifications. Organize planning meeting if it is a new or large customer or requirements are complicated. Inform customer and sales rep of schedule. Follow-up on any jobs that are preloaded. Break out fixed and variable costs and supply customer with variances. Prepare shipping papers. Serve as a back-up to other Customer Service Representatives. Check samples to ensure accurate final product. Send proofs to customers and receive them upon return. Maintain or reduce costs associated with assigned accounts. Maintain or increase sales revenues for assigned accounts by providing exceptional service. Provide samples to customers. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis. Ability to work with limited direction and supervision, while demonstrating good judgment and strict confidence. Ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position. Must successfully complete any training or certification courses required to support or strengthen position. Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills. Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed. Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma and two years account management experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Must have reliable transportation to and from the Ripon office Must have US work authorization Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and social media check

The schedule for this role is Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm.&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nEssential Functions:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tResponsible for training and mentoring Customer Service Representatives.\\r\\n\\tHandle the most difficult accounts with confidence.\\r\\n\\tHelp set up procedures and processes that directly affect the department.\\r\\n\\tReceive the order, reviews the specifications and make the necessary arrangements for the job to be entered into the production system. \\r\\n\\tWork closely with the necessary departments to ensure timely deliveries. \\r\\n\\tWork with customers on cover impositions, dummy books, press test and answer any preliminary questions. \\r\\n\\tGet the customer in contact with computer support to test files and get any information needed to set-up files according to our specifications.\\r\\n\\tOrganize planning meeting if it is a new or large customer or requirements are complicated. \\r\\n\\tInform customer and sales rep of schedule.\\r\\n\\tFollow-up on any jobs that are preloaded.\\r\\n\\tBreak out fixed and variable costs and supply customer with variances.\\r\\n\\tPrepare shipping papers.\\r\\n\\tServe as a back-up to other Customer Service Representatives.\\r\\n\\tCheck samples to ensure accurate final product.\\r\\n\\tSend proofs to customers and receive them upon return.\\r\\n\\tMaintain or reduce costs associated with assigned accounts.\\r\\n\\tMaintain or increase sales revenues for assigned accounts by providing exceptional service.\\r\\n\\tProvide samples to customers.\\r\\n\\tComplete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tAbility to handle multiple tasks and projects.\\r\\n\\tAbility to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work in a team environment.\\r\\n\\tAbility to interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis.\\r\\n\\tAbility to work with limited direction and supervision, while demonstrating good judgment and strict confidence.\\r\\n\\tAbility to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.\\r\\n\\tMust successfully complete any training or certification courses required to support or strengthen position.\\r\\n\\tAbility to read, interpret and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures and other related materials.\\r\\n\\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills including strong customer service skills.\\r\\n\\tMust communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.\\r\\n\\tDemonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n&nbsp;\\r\\n\\r\\nMinimum Requirements:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tHigh School Diploma and two&nbsp;years account management experience in a fast-paced sales environment.\\r\\n\\tMust have reliable transportation to and from the Ripon office\\r\\n\\tMust have US work authorization&nbsp;\\r\\n\\tMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and social media check\\r\\n\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"OTHER\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"Walsworth\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=CE8572F30BA8C10301925ED7102C1BB5\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"656 S Douglas St PO Box 6\",\"addressLocality\":\"Ripon\",\"addressRegion\":\"WI\",\"postalCode\":54971,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"validThrough\":\"-0001-11-30\",\"workHours\":\"1st Shift- Day\"}",
