The successful applicant must possess excellent member service and organizational skills. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Contact member within 24 hours of receiving the mortgage file to make an introduction and request supporting documents needed in addition to ensuring initial disclosures have been signed. &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Request and collect supporting documentation from member. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prepare letters of explanations for members. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete income calculation worksheet. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assemble loan files in e-folder in order for submission to set-up. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul></li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Request supporting documentation from third parties as needed including ordering tax transcripts as required for loan files and obtaining verification of deposit, mortgage, employment, rent, installment and revolving debt.</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Communicate with member regarding the status of their loan.</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Field and answer incoming mortgage calls.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Update the loan origination system as verifications are received from the member and vendors.</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Clear member facing underwriting conditions imposed by underwriters.</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"background-color: white;\">Maintain a working knowledge of all credit union mortgage products.</span> &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
