The role ensures effective implementation of policies, processes, and controls related to ethical business conduct and legal compliance, while supporting initiatives to identify, mitigate, and manage compliance risks.</p><p>This position partners with business leaders, Legal, HR, and corporate Compliance to promote a strong culture of integrity and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company standards across the Geozone.</p><hr><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Safety, Security &amp; Compliance</h3><ul><li>Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with company Security, Compliance, HSE policies, and applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Promote Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) principles as core business values.</li><li>Support continuous improvement in compliance, risk mitigation, and governance practices across the Geozone.</li><li>Demonstrate strong safety leadership and ensure compliance standards are communicated and understood.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure awareness of and compliance with the Company’s Quality policies and Management System.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to ethical conduct, compliance controls, and operational integrity.</li></ul><h3>Compliance Operations</h3><ul><li>Advise business leaders and employees on ethics and compliance risks, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Deliver formal and informal compliance training and day-to-day guidance.</li><li>Lead and support internal compliance investigations, including remediation actions and disciplinary recommendations.</li><li>Assist in compliance integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and third-party relationships.</li><li>Support execution of compliance due diligence for third parties, intermediaries, and strategic transactions.</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments, enforcement trends, and industry best practices impacting the business.</li><li>Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives, as assigned.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety rules, and standards of conduct.</li></ul><h3>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</h3><ul><li>Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, external parties.</li><li>Clearly communicate compliance expectations, roles, and responsibilities across the organization.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to promote a consistent and transparent compliance culture.</li></ul><h3>Financial Responsibility</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance activities and expenses align with approved budgets and financial policies.</li><li>Demonstrate financial accountability in managing expenses and resources.</li></ul><h3>People &amp; Development</h3><ul><li>Support leadership engagement in talent management processes, including performance management and coaching.</li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources and Training &amp; Development to reinforce ethical behavior and compliance culture through workforce development initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Vision &amp; Leadership</h3><ul><li>Demonstrate ethical leadership and adherence to company values and standards at all times.</li><li>Serve as a role model for integrity, accountability, and professional judgment.</li></ul><hr><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><h3>Experience &amp; Education</h3><ul><li><strong>3–5 years of experience</strong> in Ethics, Compliance, Legal, or a related discipline.</li><li>Background in the <strong>oilfield services or industrial sector</strong> preferred.</li><li>Legal or regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Compliance-related certification (e.g., ethics, compliance, legal) preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Arabic or another additional language</strong> is an advantage.</li></ul><hr><h2>Knowledge, Skills &amp;
