          "text": "<p>Sika is looking for an experienced shipping and receiving lead, to join our growing team.&#xa0; At Sika, the shipping and receiving employees perform various Shipping and Receiving tasks, pick material for internal process orders, and perform cycle counts as required.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>• Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.<br>\n• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting,<br>\naccounting, or recordkeeping purposes.<br>\n• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.<br>\n• Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or<br>\nnonconformance to specifications.<br>\n• Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or<br>\nelevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.<br>\n• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and<br>\ncomplete delivery.<br>\n• Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other<br>\ntransport vehicles.<br>\n• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for<br>\ntransport to designated areas.<br>\n• Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels.<br>\n• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging<br>\nbatteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.<br>\n• Move controls to drive gasoline- or electric-powered trucks, cars, or tractors and transport materials between<br>\nloading, processing, and storage areas.<br>\n• Operate or tend automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting machines.<br>\n• Signal workers to discharge, dump, or level materials.<br>\n• Complete cycle counts daily or as needed.<br>\n• Support other areas of production as designated by Manufacturing Manager.<br>\n• Pull and put away all material needed for production.<br>\n• Organize and keep all materials together in the same locations.<br>\n• All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
