    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Players Club Lead works with our guests explaining and promoting the casino players club program and guides staff on shift in the absence of a supervisor. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Works with department Leadership team to ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are performed to standards. Motivates Team Members for continuous improvement.</li><li>Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.&nbsp;</li><li>Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers. &nbsp;Resolves Guest complaints in a timely and positive manner.</li><li>Addresses Team Member issues during shift while escalating larger performance issues to leadership team.</li><li>Follows training plan and gives feedback to new Team Members to ensure a full understanding of job expectations and performance standards.</li><li>Promotes excitement and fun through sharing knowledge of brochures, player rewards, point redemption, upcoming events, and marketing promotions. &nbsp;</li><li>Creates relationships with guests that lead to repeat business.</li><li>Evaluates guests&rsquo; information to determine if qualifying criteria have been met for various casino promotions.</li><li>Inputs data from guests&rsquo; application into player tracking system.</li><li>Assists with the implementation of on-site promotions and events.</li><li>Assists with monitoring all promotional signage and ensuring changeover when appropriate.</li><li>Creates &ldquo;on-the-fly&rdquo; signage for other departments when necessary.</li><li>Helps ensure that promotional items, players club cards, and other items for day-to-day operations are stocked at appropriate levels and lets Marketing management know when it is necessary to re-order items.</li><li>Assist with development of promotional scripts and other announcements for staff to promote Marketing programs.</li><li>Accesses Marketing storage when necessary to retrieve promotional items and players club cards.</li><li>Makes general announcements and pages customers using the overhead microphone system.</li><li>Encourages guests on casino floor to sign up for players card program.</li><li>Takes photos of jackpot winners.</li><li>Issues cards and explains the program to all new club members.</li><li>Promotes new club membership on the casino floor.</li><li>Generates cash vouchers &amp; prize redemption vouchers.</li><li>Keeps work area in a neat and orderly appearance.</li><li>Works as a team with other departments and communicates clearly to solve guest concerns.</li><li>Works the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays and is flexible in covering shifts as necessary for call outs or other issues. Works physically onsite to manage business and interact personally with Team Members and guests.</li><li>Maintains an excellent attendance record.</li><li>Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.</li><li>Is a role model and champion of Prairie Flower Casino&rsquo;s Mission and Values.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be computer literate, which includes operation of a windows computer, excel, word, and custom in-house programs.</li><li>Excellent Guest Service and interpersonal skills required. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. &nbsp;Bilingual skills a plus.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills required. &nbsp;Ability to interact and communicate with both groups and individuals. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and act upon information from database.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers.</li><li>Must be able to maintain the appropriate Gaming License.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others. &nbsp;</li><li>Required to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. &nbsp;Using hands, grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuously required to reach with hands and arms.
