The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovative design, working closely with clients such as the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and various municipal agencies.</p><p><br></p><p><u>What you will do:</u></p><ul><li>Develop and design drainage systems for transportation and municipal infrastructure projects.</li><li>Collaborate with TxDOT and municipal clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Utilize OpenRoads Designer (ORD) for designing, modeling, and analyzing drainage systems.</li><li>Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to ensure effective stormwater management.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate drainage solutions into overall project plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations throughout project execution.</li></ul><p><u>Who you are:</u></p><p><br></p><p>You are a critical thinker with excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities. You are accomplished at oral and written communication with exceptional listening and comprehension skills. You have above average computer literacy and technical capabilities.
