The world can’t wait.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>10+ years of experience in systems engineering with exposure to systems requirements processes </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with software development and product lifecycle management </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience communicating with peers and stakeholders in detailed, technical, and process-oriented fashion </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience providing solutions to a variety of technical problems  </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience analyzing technical documentation </p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with Agile processes </p></li>\n <li>TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience or HS Diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice If You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in root cause analysis and correction </li>\n <li>Agile Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong></p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.  </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $108.18 per hour.
