font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintain a preventative maintenance program on all equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Inspects, adjusts, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects in many types of equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Performs mower grinding/sharpening, performs general overhaul of motors, reels, install and adjusts braking systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Performs machining or welding work in making fittings used in repair of maintenance equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of light and heavy construction and maintenance equipment and automotive apparatus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Skilled in the use of a wide variety of equipment repair tools and in the making of various types of mechanical repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Diagnoses mechanical troubles and schedules appropriate preventative maintenance work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Performs other duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Lead the preventive maintenance program for all golf course, and facility mechanical systems, including:</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Turf and utility equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Drainage and dewatering pumps</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Generator systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel, electric, and gasoline-powered equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Perform and oversee reel grinding and cutting unit setup to exacting standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Supervise wash pad and shop maintenance; ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Train and instruct staff on the operation, care, and cleaning of equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Manage equipment records, parts inventory, and repair documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to prepare and process invoices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Participate in continuing education and professional association development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Implements environmentally responsible maintenance practices in compliance with government regulations, including waste oil disposal, chemical storage, and stormwater management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Experience supporting tournament-level conditions, including coordination with agronomy teams and external crews to maintain championship-ready standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Demonstrates ingenuity in fabrication, with the ability to engineer and modify parts or tools to optimize performance and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Integrates equipment management strategies with overall course conditioning objectives through regular communication with the Golf Course Superintendent and leadership team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
