    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Full Time, Days</p>\n<p>The Perioperative Acute Care Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within a specific unit and collaborates with other members of the health care team. Facilitates leadership on offshifts and directs flow of cases, and care within all of surgical services. (OR, PACU, SPD). Collaborates with house supervisor. &nbsp;She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by ancillary staff. &nbsp;Focus on unit based performance improvement, and is a resource instructor for competency assesment specific to units.
