    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position: CNC 5-Axis Center Machine Operator/Mazak<br>Employee Type: Full-Time (2nd & weekend shift)</strong></p><p>Polamer Precision is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and team-oriented CNC 5 Axis/Mazak Machinist. </p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <ul><li>Operating CNC Vertical and/or Horizontal Milling machines, 3,4 & 5-axis</li><li>Setup and run machines for production and new development work</li><li>Inspecting parts to drawings requirements</li><li>Troubleshooting malfunctions when necessary</li><li>Reporting needed repairs</li><li>Review setup sheet and specifications to determine setup procedures</li><li>Read and understand blueprints a must</li><li>Advanced math knowledge</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong> <ul><li>Possess five (5) or more years’ experience in aerospace industry, operating and set up knowledge of standard CNC controllers</li><li> Knowledgeable of milling machining technology</li><li>Mechanical principles</li><li>Shop mathematics</li><li>Must have good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must read, write, and speak English</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><b>Work Environment: </b><ul><li>While performing the duties for this job, alternating between standing and sitting.
