    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Be part of a great team who work together to fulfill our franchisee orders with the best tools in the world!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer at Snap-on</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Start at $21.86 per hour and earn $23.05 per hour within the first 3 months of employment</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays eligible first day of employment – 9 scheduled holidays per year</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation eligible after one month of service - up to 40 hours first year</li>\n <li>Annual safety shoe allowance up to $100</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What we do at Snap-on</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take pride in a safe, clean, work environment and promote safety every day</li>\n <li>Practice a robust continuous improvement program to eliminate waste</li>\n <li>Receive and put-away product from suppliers using RF scanners, pallet jacks and safety knives </li>\n <li>Ensure orders are packed properly and ready to ship to customers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What we require to work at Snap-on</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED, preferred</li>\n <li>Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, warehouse environment</li>\n <li>Able to push and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs. most of your shift</li>\n <li>Able to frequently lift, push and slide packages typically weighing up to 40 lbs.; team lift required at 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product, and hold an RF scanner with your hands and wrists most of your shift</li>\n <li>Able to be on your feet 4 hours per shift</li>\n <li>Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:00am</li>\n <li>Team-minded people who believe daily and on-time attendance is essential to get the job done</li>\n <li>Able to successfully pass a drug test </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All qualified and eligible applicants must provide complete work and education history in an uploaded resume. A thorough job history will also cover periods of unemployment, education and certifications, past and present knowledge, skills, and abilities applicable to this position.
