The main objectives of which are to promote a positive station image, remain engaging and maintain a positive attitude while in consumer-facing and co-worker interactions.</p> \n<em>This is an evergreen posting. We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to reviewing your application. </em> \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities and special projects; assist in all aspects of on-site appearances including vehicles and equipment (setup/breakdown), prizes/giveaways, signage.</li>\n <li>Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.</li>\n <li>Be in charge of executing on-location station/client activations and promotions to a degree that will increase audience interaction and engagement.</li>\n <li>Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure station positioning/branding is reflected in all appearances</li>\n <li>Serve as a Brand Ambassador during appearances for the format represented. This will include taking brand-focused photos, post on all social media platforms, interact with guests onsite and serving as a conduit to assist talent as needed</li>\n <li>Distribute station and client promotional items in accordance with terms set by Audacy Management</li>\n <li>Promote a positive station image at all times</li>\n <li>Act as liaison between programming and sales in the management of client expectations for appearances</li>\n <li>Other marketing/ promotional department duties as assigned by the manager.</li>\n <li>Occasionally execute contesting, website updates, and contest winner communications while the Promotions Director is away</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for prolonged periods, with reasonable accommodations provided as necessary.</li>\n <li>Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds, such as office equipment, documents, and presentation materials.</li>\n <li>Visual and auditory ability to respond effectively to stakeholders, manage presentations, and participate in meetings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Must be able to work various hours including nights and weekends</li>\n <li>First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and troubleshooting ability a must</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry equipment</li>\n <li>Demonstrated oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task, but take direction well</li>\n <li>Experience using Google workspace and social media platforms</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.</li>\n <li>A valid commercial driver’s license is beneficial but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
