In this role, you will assist with client and workflow management, draft and prepare basic corporate documents, support compliance efforts across jurisdictions, and conduct both legal and market research. You will also provide administrative support as needed, communicate effectively with attorneys and clients, and help ensure deadlines are met while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.\n<h2>We Know You</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills, an interest in the legal profession, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
