Incorporate individualized games and activities and have all necessary equipment prepared.</li><li>Take attendance at every class.</li><li>Complete a Progress report for each child, as well as a certificate to be handed out at the last lesson.</li><li>Encourage and challenge them in a friendly and loving way.</li><li>Find and secure your own substitute when needed, fill out sub book, and turn into your supervisor for approval.</li><li>Have fun!! &nbsp;Playing games is part of the lesson.</li><li>Demonstrate Responsibility, Respect, Caring &amp; Honesty towards members, guests, co-workers, and supervisor at all times.</li><li>Promote and follow all of the pool rules during&nbsp;</li><li>Please conduct yourself in a professional manner, remember you are a reflection of the YMCA.</li><li>Ensure storage room is kept clean and equipment is stored properly</li><li>Realize the children and parents depend on their instructor to be present for all lessons of the session. &nbsp;Therefore, absences must be avoided at all cost. &nbsp; Notify parents of any ensconces in advance when possible.</li><li>Read and understand evaluation criteria (attached and posted in guard office).</li><li>Perform any unique duties requested, as deemed appropriate, by your supervisor.</li></ol></div></div></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
