What You'll Be Doing Serving customers across service channels with professionalism and a positive attitude Quickly identifying issues and delivering accurate, helpful resolutions Keeping detailed records of interactions and following up when needed Working closely with teammates to handle complex or escalated situations What Makes You a Great Fit 1+ years of customer-facing experience (service, retail, hospitality — it all counts) Strong communicator who listens as well as they talk Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities at once Reliable, punctual, and genuinely customer-obsessed The Details Full-time positions available Hourly pay, competitive and commensurate with experience Paid training provided — no prior industry experience required Why ACME, Inc.?
