    "description_html": "<p>The <b>CDL-A Transport Driver</b> will be driving a Heavy-Duty Wrecker, Rollback, Recovery Vehicle, or Tractor Trailer Combination with a GVWR rating of more than 26,000 lbs. Transport Drivers are required to work diligently with all Dispatch team members. On-Call availability is required. Additional duties will be required as necessary. Managers oversee Transport Drivers, which includes but is not limited to Scheduling, Interpersonal issues, and training.<br><br><strong>This position is full-time Monday – Friday with available work hours 5AM to 7PM along with a rotating on-call weekend schedule. Our compensation levels are based hourly $28 to $35 per hour , with potential yearly earnings of $100,000 per year.</strong></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Complete all transport deliveries/pickups as scheduled.</li><li>Swiftly, calmly, and professionally rectify customer issues that may arise.</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up to date driver logs, trip sheets, and submit weekly.</li><li>Able to read and navigate by map and/or GPS, plot routes, and follow oral and written delivery instructions.</li><li>Communicate and work diligently with all Dispatch personnel.</li><li>Observe rules and regulations, safety procedures, and traffic laws.</li><li>Follow accident procedures as needed.</li><li>Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.</li><li>Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated, filled out, and submitted via Tow Book.</li><li>Process and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials as needed.</li><li>Ensure assigned company truck is kept clean and presentable.</li><li>Report any problems with tractor/trailer/tanker to management immediately.</li><li>Complete proper paperwork related to dispatch and admin in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as needed/assigned.</li></ul><p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Valid commercial driver's license with CDL-A.</li><li>Hazmat, tanker endorsements, doubles/triples are strongly encouraged.</li><li>Must not have Automatic Transmission restrictions.</li><li>Must have DOT Medical Card and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to operate heavy duty vehicles safely and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul><p><b>Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>At least two (2) years of commercial driving experience.</li><li>Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.</li></ul><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.</li><li>Life and Disability Plans.</li><li>AFLAC plans.</li><li>401K with company match.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li></ul><em><strong>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.</strong></em><br> ",
