    "description": "<p><span>Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Licensed  <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Foreman</span> to join our team. This is for a 2 year Data Center project, out of Sparks, Nevada. </span></p>\n<p><span>There is a full benefits package, Per Diem and over time. Currently working 5 - 12 hour shifts. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Major Duties:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Have previously successfully supervised projects with crews ranging from 2 to 50 personnel, meeting safety, quality and production goals.</span></li>\n<li><span>Diplomatically manage the crews and provide appropriate training, positive and constructive feedback.</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan and layout the project including planned installation material take-off quantities and tool needs based on the project schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish a site-specific safety plan, evaluate project risks to personnel and equipment to mitigate them.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand, review and implement the installation per the contract drawings and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Evaluate the contracted scope of work with the PM to determine change requests and schedule affect.</span></li>\n<li><span>Plan the project’s material, equipment, and labor needs for timely arrival to and from the site.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor daily progress to the short term and long-term schedules to meet commitments. Provide daily written documentation of activities and obstacles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct and participate in project meetings as needed and provide necessary trade coordination.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate and communicate with the PM and purchasing manager with detailed material requisitions, and delivery schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish and implement prefab project specific tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have a valid Driver's License.</span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:  Electrical Foreman:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Five plus years of installation experience with the latest electrical code, means, and methods.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to apply the latest technological techniques to maximize employee safety, quality, and production.</span></li>\n<li><span>Superior internal and external communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.). Team player with acknowledging contributions by others.</span></li>\n<li><span>Have basic computer skills such as Outlook, Bluebeam, Word and Excel.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Have safety training relative to electrical and general construction such as OSHA 30 hour, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR, scissor lift, forklift, Lock Out/Tag Out and trade specific.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate will be career-minded, seeking an opportunity to grow professionally and assist in the overall growth of our company.
