Willing to train the right individual with excellent customer service &amp; communication skills**</strong></p><p>Full Time, in-person: Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm &amp; Saturday 9:30am-6pm</p><p>Duties of this position may include Greets all MCH patients as they enter the facility. Performs clerical duties and maintains the physical environment of the outpatient &amp; nurse station area. Answers incoming phone calls and redirects to proper extension. Processes the registration function for patients entering our health care organization through inpatient, outpatient, or the emergency department. Secure all information necessary for internal operations. Introduces the patient to the environment, explaining policies, securing signatures, detailing forms, completes billing screens, and answers any questions. Prepares and posts charges in EHR. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.</p><p><strong>Prefer working knowledge of:</strong></p><p>Medical Insurance</p><p>Accounts Receivable</p><p>Electronic Health Records</p><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent phone skills, able to answer multiple phone lines at once.</li><li>Keyboard and computer skills</li><li>&shy;&shy;Able to work in a stressful environment with frequent interruptions to job flow, all the while greeting customers with a cheerful and positive attitude.</li><li>Must be a team player willing to help clinic office reach its&rsquo; missions and goals.</li><li>We are looking for an outgoing person who is a great multi-tasker.</li><li>Must be able to work collaboratively with other departments and be able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.</li></ul><p>Apply today!
